I have now completed 4 months of training. I feel physically prepared for the challange, although I have been nursing a nagging calf strain.
Fundraising is still my biggest stressor. I have just sent out a bunch of letters and am hoping for a good response. Training: Saturday: 20 mile bike ride, 3 mile run Sunday: 15 mile bike ride Monday: 1 mile swim + drills Tuesday: 5 mile run |
